This husband-and-wife team blends decades of expertise in mortgages, real estate, and financial services with a passion for helping families build wealth, protect their future, and achieve lasting peace of mind.
Nancy Carmona
Nancy started in the mortgage industry at just 15, landing her first job by chance—and making sure her friend got hired too. She went on to weather the 2008 financial crisis, defend consumers in court, and return to her passion as a mortgage broker owner and real estate expert. Faith-driven and family-focused, Nancy helps clients find not just a home, but lasting financial peace. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, her heart for serving others is at the core of everything she does.
Mario Carmona
Mario grew up as the oldest son of a single mother, determined to turn financial challenges into a mission of helping others. Starting by freeing families from credit card debt, he grew into a seasoned financial expert and mortgage broker. For 16 years, Mario and Nancy have worked side by side, guiding families toward financial literacy and a brighter future. He’s also a passionate artist and musician, bringing creativity into everything he does
